Refund policy
Return process
To start a return, go to your account and search for 'request a return'.
If you haven't created an account, don't worry.
You can still request a return by creating an account with the e-mail used for your order.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns/exchanges the return shipping costs will be deducted from the original payment.
Requirements
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn, unused condition and in it's original packaging.
You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly.
If you notice any defects, or damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can address the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The quickest way to secure the item you want is to return the item you currently have.
Once the return is authorized, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days,without providing any reasons. Once again, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you of the approval of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
