Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping to all of Europe from a minimum order of €100

When ordering below €100 we charge a shipping rate of €4,95

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping within Europe.
  • We DO NOT offer international shipping outside Europe.


The shipping costs for orders outside the Benelux but within Europe will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs Outside the Benelux (Within Europe)

For orders outside the Benelux but within Europe, we have an adjusted shipping policy:

  • We cover the shipping costs up to the rate applicable for a package within the Benelux.
  • Customers pay an additional contribution of €4.95 for international shipping when spending less then €100.

Return Policy for International Orders

If a package is returned from outside the Benelux, the full return costs are the responsibility of the customer. This means we do not contribute to the return shipping costs.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are applied once your shipment reaches your destination country. Frclothes is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

Undelivered Packages

  • Within the Benelux: Contact us if your order has not been delivered within 5 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation.
  • Outside the Benelux (Within Europe): Contact us if your order has not been delivered within 10 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation.
